Who sells Site Translator Pro?
Freemius, our merchant of record. They run the checkout, collect any sales tax or VAT your country requires, email your license key and the add-on, and deliver its updates. We build the plugin and answer your questions.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 14 days of every Pro feature, without a card. Start it from the card of the plan you want, and buy before it ends to keep going.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Nothing on your site breaks. Every language and content type you enabled keeps working; updates and adding more pause until you renew.
What counts as a site?
One WordPress install: one site, one wp-admin. Each plan covers the number of sites on its card, and local and staging copies of a site do not count.
What if it doesn't work out?
Ask within 14 days for a full refund, from the link in your purchase email or your Freemius account. The license is cancelled; your posts and translations stay.
Is tax added at checkout?
Where the law requires it, yes: Freemius adds the sales tax or VAT of your country and shows it before you pay.
