Refund window (e.g. 14 days) and how to request one (reply to the purchase email).
Effect of a refund: the license is revoked and Pro updates stop; folder data on your site is unaffected.
Yearly renewals: cancel anytime before renewal from the Stripe billing portal.
Cases handled individually (e.g. accidental duplicate purchases).
