How buying works
Checkout with Freemius
Pay by card or PayPal on Freemius' secure checkout — our merchant of record, who also handles any sales tax. We never see your card.
License and add-on by email
Your license key and the Pro add-on arrive by email, and your Freemius account keeps every download and invoice.
Updates in wp-admin
Activate the key in the add-on and its updates show up like any other plugin's.
Questions, answered
What happens when a yearly license expires?
The plugin keeps working — folders, offloaded files and bring-back never lock. You stop receiving Pro updates and new offloads until you renew.
Who sells the Pro add-ons?
Freemius, our merchant of record. They run the checkout, collect any sales tax or VAT your country requires, email your license key and the add-on, and deliver its updates. We build the plugins and answer your questions.
Can I move my license to another site?
Yes. Deactivate it on the old site — in wp-admin or from your Freemius account — and activate it on the new one.
Do you see my card details?
Never. Checkout happens entirely on Freemius; we only learn that a purchase went through.
What counts as one site?
One WordPress install: one site, one wp-admin. Each plan covers the number of sites on its card, and local and staging copies of a site do not count.
What if it doesn't work out?
Ask within 14 days for a full refund, from the link in your purchase email or your Freemius account.
Where is my invoice?
Freemius emails one at purchase, and your Freemius account keeps every invoice and download.
Is tax added at checkout?
Where the law requires it: Freemius adds your country's sales tax or VAT and shows it before you pay.
