What happens when a yearly license expires?
The plugin keeps working — folders, offloaded files and bring-back never lock. You stop receiving Pro updates and new offloads until you renew.
Who sells Media Folders Pro?
Freemius, our merchant of record. They run the checkout, collect any sales tax or VAT your country requires, email your license key and the add-on, and deliver its updates. We build the plugin and answer your questions.
Do I still need the free plugin?
Yes. Pro is an add-on to the free Media Folders from WordPress.org, which keeps your folders; the add-on adds cloud offload, ZIP downloads, rules, folder permissions and insights on top.
What counts as a site?
One WordPress install: one site, one wp-admin. A license covers the number of sites on its card, and local and staging copies of a site do not count.
What if it doesn't work out?
Ask within 14 days for a full refund, from the link in your purchase email or your Freemius account. The license is cancelled; your folders and files stay where they are.
Is tax added at checkout?
Where the law requires it: Freemius adds your country's sales tax or VAT and shows it before you pay.
