What happens when a yearly license expires?
The plugin keeps working — folders, offloaded files and bring-back never lock. You stop receiving Pro updates and new offloads until you renew.
Can I move my license to another site?
Yes. Deactivate it on the old site (in wp-admin or from your account page) and activate on the new one — takes a minute, self-serve.
Do you store my card details?
Never. Checkout happens entirely on Stripe; we only ever see that a payment succeeded.
What if it doesn't work out?
Tell us within 14 days and we refund you — see the refund policy for the details.
