Scope (draft outline)
- Refund window: 14 days, full refund, requested from Freemius, who sold the add-on — the link in your purchase email or your Freemius account.
- Effect of a refund: the license is cancelled — Pro updates stop and the Pro features that need an active license switch off; your folders, files, posts and translations stay where they are.
- Yearly renewals: cancel anytime before renewal from your Freemius account.
- Cases handled individually (e.g. accidental duplicate purchases).
