Scope (draft outline)
- Data we store: no customer data — no accounts, purchases or license keys — and no cookie.
- Purchases, license keys and activations: Freemius (freemius.com), our merchant of record, handles them under its privacy policy.
- What the plugins send us: nothing. Activating a Pro add-on's license sends Freemius your name and email, the site's URL and its WordPress and PHP versions, as the activation screen lists them. The free plugins send nothing to us or to Freemius.
- Server logs: our host, Google Cloud, records each request to this site — IP address, browser, the page asked for and the page that linked to it — and keeps the record for 30 days, for security and troubleshooting.
- Data processors: Freemius (checkout, licensing, updates); Google Cloud (hosting).
- Retention, deletion requests, and contact address.
